The race to create viral content is on, but what measures can people take to increase their chances of success?

You can use the analytics tool on your Pro account to discover the most popular territories your followers come from and use these time zones as a basis for your posting schedule.

According to Hootsuite, the overall best time to post on TikTok is 7pm on a Thursday.

  1. Go to your profile and tap the three horizontal lines in the top right corner. From here click on Creator Tools on the pop up.

Take a look at your competitors

Find successful accounts that address the audience you are targeting and analyse their posting schedule. If you notice that TikToks that they’ve posted on certain days and at certain times are doing exceptionally well, then try posting on this day and time too and keep a close eye on your analytics. 

Know when your audience is online

This may seem like we’re just stating the obvious here, but there are tools that allow you to actually see when your audience is most active. 

Again, head to your account analytics (like shown above) and click on the Followers tab at the top. Scroll down and you will see the Most active times.
