Lemon Bars but ✨loaf pan edition✨ Because who needs a 9×13 when you’ve got main character energy in a small batch? These are SO lemony, SO gooey, and the crust?? Buttery AF. 🍋💅 They taste like sunshine and summer, and you only need a few ingredients! Here’s how to make ‘em 👇 Crust: – ¼ cup butter, softened – 2 tbsp sugar – ⅔ cup flour – Pinch of salt Mix it up, press into a parchment-lined loaf pan, and bake @ 325°F for 18-20 min. Filling: – 2 eggs – ½ cup sugar – ¼ cup lemon juice (fresh plz 🍋) – ½ tbsp zest – 1 tbsp flour (sifted, be classy) Pour over the warm crust + bake again for 18-19 min. Cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
