Social Trends

Each week, we’re committed to sharing our latest social media obsessions with you. Whether it’s a binge-worthy TV show, something that’ll soundtrack your day, or a page-turner we can’t put down, we’ve got the good stuff to guide you through your week, let us put you on!
TO WATCH: Abbott Elementary
Quinta Brunson’s series debut breaks every sit-com-shaped mould out there, completely carving out a new niche within the genre. Its deeply-funny yet astute commentary on life in Philadelphia has us glued to our screens. Season four is bringing fresh energy, especially with Janine and Gregory finally making it official—no more will-they-won’t-they drama.
With its perfect blend of comedy and real-world issues, its 22-episode format proves sitcoms can still be engaging, balancing comedy with meaningful social commentary. The cast is top-notch, the writing is sharp, every episode is a treat, and we think you should add it to your ‘To Watch’ list right away!

TO LISTEN TO: Shameless Podcast
Described as the “pop culture podcast for smart people who love dumb stuff”, Melbourne journalists, Zara McDonald and Michelle Andrews, team up to deliver us all of the latest gossip (in the least tedious way). Think celebrity news, reality TV, and current affairs, but with a female-focused spin, what better way to celebrate Women’s History month!
The uptick in female-led side hustles and dream fulfilments through various media formats is taking the marketing and digital media world by storm and we’re totally here for it!

TO READ: Inside Vogue
If you loved The Devil Wears Prada, then you’re going to fall head-over-heels for Inside Vogue, the secret diary of ex-Vogue Editor-in-Chief, Alexandra Schulman. The publication tells the true story of the world’s most-beloved fashion magazine, particularly the emotional and logistical minefield of producing the 100th anniversary issue, organising the star-studded Vogue 100 Gala, and working with designers from Victoria Beckham to Karl Lagerfeld.
Alexandra’s recollection provides us with a rich and honest account of life inside one of the world’s most formidable companies at a time when behind-the-scenes content and publications are a hot commodity. This account also breaks down the barrier between them and us, which was once reserved only for the elite and industry insiders. We, for one, are loving the more human approach.

TO SMELL: Molecule 1
Utterly unique and nearly indescribable, Molecule 1 broke the fragrance industry when it was first released. Containing only Iso E Super, a lab-created molecule, this perfume is for the fragrance haters who want to emit an aura, not a scent.
Today on social media, users are constantly searching for a way to stand out and bring their uniqueness to their chosen platforms, why not start with Molecule 1?
