GTA 6

A whole decade after its predecessor was released, gamers cannot be any more excited to play GTA 6 when it officially gets released. Unfortunately for us, the developers haven’t officially given us a release date, only the broad range of Q3/Q4 2025. 

Whenever this game finally hits shelves, it’s sure to sell out immediately. Whilst the developers have been tight-lipped when it comes to in-game features, some details have slipped through the cracks. Set against the backdrop of Leodonia, GTA 6 will be the largest, most immersive installment in the series.

Assassin’s Creed Shadows 

With just a month until its release, fans could not be more excited for Assassin’s Creed Shadows. 

Set in Japan, the latest Assassin’s Creed game will follow two protagonists – a female ninja named Naoe, and a samurai named Yasuke – in their quest to defend the Assassin Brotherhood from the Templar Order. 

The 14th major installment in the Assassin’s Creed series, this game has been generating major buzz online. This chatter was only amplified by the game getting leaked on February 25th, with some users getting their hands on a semi-finished version of the game.

South of Midnight 

South of Midnight is a gem amongst 2025 gaming releases. Why? Because we have truly never seen anything like it. 

Set against the backdrop of a fictionalised American Deep South, South of Midnight follows Hazel as she grapples with her new found Weaver powers and tries to save her hometown Prospero from disaster. Deeply mythical, South of Midnight is a modern folktale that lives and breathes the American South. 

With its storybook style graphics and beautifully developed characters, South of Midnight combines action with emotion in a manner often forgotten by modern games, but second-nature to its developer Compulsion Games.

The Midnight Walk

Metal Eden 

Described as an “adrenaline-rush sci-fi FPS”, Metal Eden is a gripping, fast-paced adventure set against the backdrop of cybernetic warfare; making it one of the most anticipated 2025 gaming releases.

Death Stranding 2: On The Beach 

Sequel to the beloved Death Stranding, this new journey from Kojima Productions tasks players with an inspiring mission; traverse the world and save humanity from extinction. 

Play as protagonist Sam Porter Bridges as you attempt to bring together a new population, journeying far and wide across a planet torn apart by otherworldly foes, dangerous conditions, and unpredictable environments.

Whilst little is still known about Death Stranding 2: On The Beach, we couldn’t be more excited. Its predecessor was deeply philosophical and engaging, with some of the best graphics available on the market. 

Needless to say, this one is heading straight to shopping baskets when it is finally released!
