WHAT WE NEED

The ideal candidate is energetic, enthusiastic and committed. You’ll have excellent sales experience, are confident and excited about the prospect of winning new business.

You’ll be responsible for identifying, developing and nurturing profitable new business relationships with clients in all corners of the world, but with a particular focus on the UK, USA and Europe. You will be in charge of growing your own client base, by generating innovative strategies to get the agency in front of decision-makers. You’ll be a key linchpin in our efforts to build our European business and have the opportunity to grow a commercial team from the ground up.

This role will be perfect for someone who is looking to really make a statement and have accountability for the agency name in the global market. If you’re not up for a challenge and hard work, but with huge potential rewards, this isn’t a role for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Undertake research and make contact to find new clients.
  • Develop innovative strategies to get the agency in front of key decision-makers.
  • Generating new business leads.
  • Meeting and pitching proposals face to face to clients.
EXPERIENCE
  • Previous strong new business experience, preferably agency side, but not necessary.
  • A demonstrable track record of success.
  • A strong network within B2C brands.
  • A strong understanding and passion for social-first campaigns.
