We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and drive our agency's growth in building one of the world's biggest marketing agencies. The CMO will play a crucial role in shaping our agency's strategic direction, building strong client relationships, and fostering a culture of innovation and creativity. This role is a global remit, so requires someone who has the necessary network in European and North American markets in particular.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
Experience
- A global network of likeminded decision-makers.
- Proven track record of leadership in marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of social marketing, paid social and influencer marketing.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
