About us

Socially Powerful is a leading global Social and Influencer Marketing Agency, we deliver tangible results that deliver long-term impact for our clients. We have offices in London, Beijing, Los Angeles, and Dubai. We are now about to launch a dedicated Talent Management Division branch and are actively looking for a Head of Talent Management to join the business, driving this new arm from the ground to the top!

This is an incredibly exciting proposition that we are about to embark on, we’re looking to sign exclusive management contracts with some of the world’s biggest influencers, social talent, sports stars and celebrities.

Our Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is energetic, enthusiastic and committed. You’ll have excellent sales experience, are confident and excited about the prospect of working with talent. You should have the necessary experience in Talent Management and have a great contact book in this sector, to hit the ground running.

You’ll be responsible for identifying, developing and nurturing profitable new business relationships with clients in all corners of the world, but with a particular focus on the US and Europe. You will be in charge of growing your own client base, by generating innovative strategies to get the agency in front of decision-makers. You’ll be a key linchpin in our efforts to build our Talent Management business and have the opportunity to grow a talented team from the ground up.

This role will be perfect for someone who is looking to really make a statement and have accountability for the agency name in this new market for us as a business. If you’re not up for a challenge and hard work, but with huge potential rewards, this isn’t a role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake research and make contact to find new clients.
  • Be able to spot opportunities for next-generation talent ahead of the competition.
  • Develop innovative strategies to get the agency in front of key decision-makers.
  • Generating new business leads.
  • Meeting and pitching proposals face to face to clients.
  • Closing large value deals.
  • Be in charge of your own CRM database.
  • Continually keeping up to date with new market entrants and fast-growing brands.

Experience

  • Previous new business experience.
  • A strong experience in Talent Management.
  • A demonstrable track record of success.
  • A strong understanding and passion for social-first campaigns.
  • Be confident in presenting your ideas to clients and the business.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Ability and willingness to continuously learn and grow.
